We want you to love everything you order from us, but if you don't love the fit, you have 60 days to initiate a return. 

Item/s must be undamaged and unused.

Any full priced items purchased with a promotional or discount code are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.  

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival, unless the item is an 'ugly item' where the fault or damage was noted in the product listing.

Returns are issued as a refund to the original payment method or an instant refund to your bank account via Refundid. Shipping costs are not covered, and you're responsible until the item is delivered and inspected. You will be able to purchase a label directly from us and the amount will be taken off your refund.

While we do our best to ensure every item is to our specifications, there are a small percentage of items that still get through our QA checks. If you have received a faulty item, send us an email to hey@alphafortis.com.au and we'll sort this out for you!

We offer instant exchanges with Refundid. If you wish to change your size, use your order details above to select the new size, which will be shipped to you within 1 business day. You pay the return shipping cost, but we pay the exchange item shipping costs.   

Due to stock availibility, we don't offer exchanges for a different style or colour. We recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and can be purchased via our returns portal.

Instant Refund

We've partnered with Refundid to offer you instant refunds for your returns, before you've sent back your order! Use the returns portal below, create an account with Refundid, and select instant refund to receive your refund instantly within 30 seconds. Please note, our returns policy above applies and if your returned item/s don't adhere to our returns policy, the funds will be reversed.

Standard Refund

If you select the standard refund option, you will receive an email notification from your courier when our team has received your return. After receiving this notification, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your return to be finalised. You will receive a second email when your return has been processed. All funds should appear in your bank account within 5 business days of being processed. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.
